The Behavioral Health Alliance of Rural Pennsylvania (BHARP) and Community Care Behavioral Health Organization (CCBH) are pleased to announce that CenClear has been redesignated as a Trauma-Informed Care Center (TICC) for mental health at two of their locations: Huntingdon and Yeagertown following its participation in the North Central Trauma-Informed Care Initiative.
Providers participating in this initiative have demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care, which includes delivering trauma-specific treatment for individuals. They have also created a trauma- informed culture within their organization and have successfully fostered safety for both staff and individuals in their programs.
CenClear Huntingdon and Yeagertown are recognized as inaugural TICC provider sites, demonstrating early leadership and commitment to trauma-informed practices.
CenClear’s mission is to “Improve lives through high-quality early childhood and behavioral health services for all ages.” A recognition ceremony celebrating this achievement was held recently in State College, PA.
