Meeting Information
- BHARP Board Meeting dates are posted on the BHARP website under the Events tab.
- The meeting agenda will be available on the BHARP website under Board Announcements and the Events tab at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. A copy will also be posted at the BHARP main office.
Public Comment Guidelines
- During the public comment period, registered participants will be asked to state their name and, if applicable, their organizational affiliation before speaking.
- Comments must relate to items listed on the current BHARP Board Meeting agenda.
- Each participant will be allotted time as determined by the Board Chair.
- Registration does not guarantee speaking time. If time constraints prevent all registered participants from speaking, comments may be deferred to a future meeting or submitted in writing.
Confirmation and Waitlist
- You will receive an email the day before the meeting confirming your registration or notifying you of placement on a waitlist. Waitlisted individuals will have the option to submit written comments.
Accessibility
- Requests for reasonable accommodation (disability or language assistance) must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. BHARP will make every effort to accommodate these requests.
Submission Details
- Registration forms must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the scheduled
meeting.
