POTTSVILLE, PA — A new walk-in facility for mental health care assistance is now available to the public.

The Center for Community Resources Crisis Walk-In Center, at 91 S. Progress Ave., celebrated its grand opening Wednesday  with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and an open house.

The center, which is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, is intended to provide immediate support for mental health needs, as well as to facilitate referrals and other requests for assistance.
