Administrative Complaint – a dispute or objection regarding the operations or management of the Behavioral Health HealthChoices program that anyone other than a member submits. 

How to submit an Administrative Complaint:

BHARP will process Administrative Complaints, to include an investigation, a resolution and any corrective action plans and/or follow up activities that will support BHARP in identifying potential opportunities for improvement in its oversight of the Behavioral Health HealthChoices program.

This may include documents, photographs, etc. We may contact you for this information after you submit this report.
For example: witness first hand, heard it from another person, etc.
